During the weekend I was busy with installing the next part software I'm using. Here's the list.
- Visual Studio 2003 Enterprise Architect : Doesn't install because you need Frontpage Extensions which isn't supported anymore under Vista. This is a problem for me as I have several websites which are written in ASP.Net 1.1 and they don't want to upgrade for the moment. So I think I need the dual boot with XP just for VS 2003 :-(
- Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition : Gives problems when starting up after installation. So I will install SP1 and SP1 Update For Vista.
- VSTO For Office 2007 : No Problem
- Visual Sourcesafe 2005 : No Problem
- WS FTP Home 2007 : On their site, you can downlaod a Vista version. You have to have your serial number and registered e-mailaddress.
- GreatNEwsReader 1.0 Beta Build 379 : No Problem
- Firefox 2.0.0.2 : No Problem
- Nero 7 Premium Reloaded : At least v 7.7.5.1 you need : During installation he propoise to upgrade to directx 9C. Normally Vista comes with DirectX 10. Disbaling this output, gives you no possibilty to continue. If you are not sure which vesion. Use dxdiag to check your version.

So just continue. The installation of DIrectX 9C will see that there's a newer version installed.
- Photoshop Elements 5.0 : Patch to download (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/collection.jsp?collID=3&platform=Windows). Patch gives a problem. Said that he can't find the product. Seems to work without patch.
- Premiere Elements 3.0 : Patch to download (http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/collection.jsp?collID=3&platform=Windows) : No Problem
- Winzip Pro 11.0 Build 7313 : No Problem
- Winrar : You need at least 3.7 Beta : No Problem
- Winfakt! 7.0 Build 733.2 : No Problem
- MS Money Deluxe 14.0.120.805 : No Problem
- OTS Turntables 1.00.012 : Gives warning that it isn't for this version of windows. After setting the installation to Windows XP SP2. It installs but gives an error at the end. But when trying to run it seems to give no problem.
- Proshow Gold 3.0.1891 : No Problem
A whole list this time. No I'm going to check what software is still on my old PC and what I want to install of it again. It's a good time to clean up everything
